Test for SmugMug slideshows

We don’t want anybody to feel like they’ve been left out, so in the event you do not wish to sign-up for any of the social networking websites, here’s all the Video fun that Sparks (in her youth known as Peggy Willett) and her ever at the ready camera, filmed at the Pre-Reunion Cocktail Party.

Note to self: never leave a Cocktail Party early if out-of-town female classmates are (1) enjoying adult beverages (2) making an impromptu dance floor in the kitchen area and (3) singing along and enjoying the musical hits from the 1960’s.

O.K. Michael, test this one out for me.

Click here to launch new webpage for file upload.

See if you can upload a photo or 2 without any further assistance from me on what to do. I’m hoping the instructions on this page will suffice.

Any files will be uploaded to my Dropbox, without the sender having to sign up for Dropbox or the dbinbox service.

Anyone looking for today’s Training Meeting should click on the HB FHC Tab on the top of this page and follow the link to the sub page for HB FHC Training – Online Tutorials, and is also available here.

We wish to thank the

Los Angeles Westside Genealogical Society

for allowing us to present “Discovering Genealogical Treasures in Attics, Yard Sales, Swap Meets, and Internet Auctions” last Friday evening.

This small group of dedicated Family Historians asked excellant questions and had more interaction than I thought imagible, and they got most of my jokes. Hope you had as much fun as I did.

We wish to thank the

San Diego Genealogical Society

for allowing us to present “Discovering Genealogical Treasures in Attics, Yard Sales, Swap Meets, and Internet Auctions” yesterday morning.

It is always our intent to attempt to encourage other Family Historians to become aware of the various techniques we employ that allows us to continually enlarge our Family Archives, and at the same time enjoy the personal family artifacts that we discover during the course of our research.

Thanks again Gloria, Marna, Mary, and all your other dedicated volunteers and members for assisting in our presentation, and also for sharing your own personal success stories in discovering your genealogical treasures.
